The most flexible category — funds everyday support like personal care, household tasks, community access, and transport.

How your funds are managed

Agency Managed

The NDIA pays providers directly. Simple, but less flexible in choosing unregistered providers.

Plan Managed

A plan manager handles payments on your behalf. More flexibility — can use both registered and unregistered providers.

Self Managed

You manage your own funds and pay providers directly. Maximum flexibility and control — requires more administrative effort.
